I'd like to take opportunity and thank Bob from photo department for helping me restoring some of my old precious pictures (August 31/2010).I was amazed by his knwledge and willingness to help. I'm kind of "computer illiterate" and got lost and Bob spent a lot of time walking me through the process and reviving my old pictures. His kindness and modesty was exceptional and I'm sure I'll go back to that particular location to take care of my other pictures.Thanks again,Ala

There is always a long wait at the pharmacy, and I can tell you why: they are disorganized. They've lost prescriptions of ours before, promised call backs without following through, have told us that prescriptions are ready for pick up without telling us that we could only get half of it, over charged us and then the manager seemed inconvenienced that I wanted to express dissatisfaction. Between my husband and I, we have had 4 prescriptions filled there and 3 of them we had to wait between 1-4 days for them to get the full amount of medication. The manager was not helpful and unapologetic. There is no such thing as customer service at this store. I'll be going to Top from now on. Or if I want to take advantage of one of the "transfer your RX coupon" I'll have it filled in Lynnwood, I NEVER had a problem with that store. Perhaps they have better management?
