Hello -

Was looking up the phone # of Verizon store for hours when I noticed the review given by the previous person regarding this store. Yes. Agree with every word! And to mention Jeremiah by name as being one of the most hostile and arrogant customer service representatives is an understatement!!! Thank you so very much for reminding me to not visit the Woodinville store but go to the Redmond Store! My account has (5) five wireless phone lines and costs me a mint to maintain each month. Over the past 4 years have spent a small fortune and to have to drive out of my way to Redmond to get courtesy and service, is ridiculous. Hope Verizon will get the personell at the Woodinville store . . . under control. And, please note, I never ever leave reviews but this store deserves the comments that they've earned and Verizon customers need to know that they should BEWARE and go where you will get the service they deserve. :-)
