Beware! Hired Derek to refurbish a pond system. Once started, he realized his bid was way too low. Raised his daily rate by $250 without discussion. Would not remove plant debris from residence, I had to hire another person for that. After completing half of the project over a couple of days, he disappeared leaving me with an incomplete project, messy yard and no communication.
