Cuts and Perms in the Raley's Center in Woodland has lost my business and that of my three children. I am tired of being turned away for a simple hair cut just so they can close and leave right at 6pm. Any business who advertises walk ins until 6pm should not refuse service until after 6pm. I walked in at 5:50pm after leaving work early to be refused service. No where is it posted that they have the right to refuse business so they can close early. If they need to be out by 6pm then they should have the hours posted on the door to close at 5:45pm. This is poor customer service and in today's economy not providing good customer service is only a step away from closing the doors for good. I will be telling all my family, friends and business associates about the poor customer service they provide.
