Very Unprofessional owners. Say one deadline and behind on the date the dress is due. They lack organization skills. They do not keep promises, HORRIBLE alterations. Alterations look as though a beginner. Please save the heartache and not ruin your special day. They will ruin your special day. By not having your dress on time, or ruining your dress completely. I will be reporting them to the BBB for their lack of professionalism, trust in their store, cheap material and items in the store. Trying on a dress and having the beads slowly tear apart from the dress.... This is what you call Los Angeles swap meet material dresses. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go down the street to the other bridal store, or head out to Sacramento.

The place is filled with beautiful dresses and the service was very attentive to what i was looking for. A great place to look for any type of formal wear.

I lived in another state so I had to order my bridal gown and just hand over my credit card info over the phone without ever even meeting the people in the shop. I was a little nervous, but everything worked out fine. When I arrived, it was already here and the woman who helped me was super nice and helpful and just fun to deal with.The dress was even slightly cheaper than the one I tried on where I lived before. Kinda bad about returning calls, but nice in general and they have a great selection.
