I recently visited Cottonwood and WOW!! The exterior has remained the same with a well-kept landscape and a clean exterior. But once you walk inside, you'd forget you were in a "nursing home". From the carpet to the crown molding, and everything in-between, you might think you were in a luxury hotel. There was no unpleasant odor, the only thing I noticed was the aroma from the kitchen as dinner was being prepared. Staff were friendly and professional, greeting the residents by name and welcomed me as a visitor. Most of the residents were up, clean and dressed, and a few even greeted me as I entered. GREAT JOB!!
