Live here if you want to live with mice (feces and urine included). They failed to check for holes before we moved in so we had a full blown mice invasion in our pantry which cost us $600 in damages. The manager, Jessica, did absolutely nothing to settle this issue. She just sent out the maintenance man to lay out a few sticky traps. Then, while they were searching for the hole, they broke the dryer so we haven't have a working dryer for two weeks because they refuse to come fix it. We put aside all food that had mice urine and feces all over it and asked maintenance to clean it up but Jessica said that she will kick us out of the apartment if we don't clean it ourselves. I'm dealing with a manager who doesn't know how to handle anything, but sit there and look pretty. She is completely useless. And also, the fixed price for water is $70 a month but I didn't even use that much water when I lived in a five bedroom house with a front and back yard. Overpriced.

I HATE THESE APARTMENTS!!! I was without AC for 30 days during the months of July and August! Then a couple weeks after my AC was finally fixed, my power went out on Friday afternoon before the start of a 3-day weekend. The management refused to call maintenance out and we were without power all weekend!! The apartments are poorly constructed, and the management does not care at all about the tenants!!



And, to address the prior review, even if you had contacted the management company, they would not have responded. They apparently care as little as the office staff. They have never responded to my 2 prior letters of complaint.



I promise I am not just someone with a grudge. These apartments are horrible. Save yourself the headache and a heat stroke, and don't move here!!!

The apartments are poorly designed but that I was willing to over look. However, the office staff is young, ignorant, stupid, naive, incompetent, lazy, idiotic, and dishonest! They sit on the application for months. If you ask to be placed on a waiting list, they lie and tell you are on one, but they never call, so you have to call every day to be updated on vacancies. They will tell you to take the affordable unit, not even thinking about the requirements. They assure that everything will be fine, but then they come back asking for more and more paperwork all the time. They have no concept of privacy for the customer or respect! One week before my move in date, they informed me that I did not qualify. They told me I was both overqualified, and underqualified which seems bogus, because how can you be both at the same time! They are stupid, have no common sense, and are dishonest. If you ask to speak to a manager they lie and say no manager is on site. They will not give out the information to reach the corporate office. They do whatever they have to to get a bonus! They may be pretty faces, but not much else! And, to top it all off, they will try to steal your deposit after they reject you! if there are any other options, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE IDIOTS!
