Founded in 1971, Pacific Coast Producers is a cooperative owned by more than 160 grower members in California. It supplies canned fruits and tomatoes solely to corporate brands in the food service and retail industries. The company s products include apricots, fruit cocktail, fruit mix, peaches, pears, tomatoes, canned juices, fruit and gel cups. Its products are marketed under several labels, including Sweet Harvest, Jewel, Kroger, Rainbow, Best Yet, Market Choice, Our Family, Mission Pride and America s Choice. An array of grocery companies carry Pacific s products, including Kroger, Supervalu/Save-A-Lot, Aldi, Albertson s, Fareway Foods, Whole Foods and Wild Oats. Based in Lodi, Calif., the co-op has a plant in Woodland, Calif.
