Took several days to schedule an appointment. I had to take off work to accommodate the hours the technician could check my refrigerator. I spent the entire morning waiting for them to show up. Nobody did and nobody called to apologize. I should have checked yelp reviews prior to contacting them. Apparently this is typical for this business. They schedule appointments and never show up or call. Total lack of decency and respect for customers.
