So I placed an order for pick up. I ordered the clucks and shrimp. My order was ready on time. But when I opened my order, my steak fries were soggy, my shrimp was stale, and i only got two small pieces of chicken. No dipping sauce for the chicken or shrimp. And i literally got a tiny scoop of cole slaw that fit on my fork in one scoop. Extremely frustrating and will not be returning or recommending this Red Robin in particular.

When this Red Robin first open...

When this Red Robin first opened the fare was very good and so was the service. Been there about a dozen times and after the first two visits the place has been going downhill. Even when ordering pink the burgers there is a 50/50 chance the burger will arrive cooked tough and dry.

Went again tonight, service was terrible (almost an hour to get two salads, a bowl of soup, a fish burger), the food was bland and the bill large. Will not go back.
