A careless employee at Sundance just BLEW UP our rebuilt Suburban engine BECAUSE HE COMPLETELY LEFT The OIL FILTER OFF.

We took our 1996 Chevrolet in for a routine oil check on a re-manufactured engine that only had 1500 miles on it. The guy was quite rude, saying that the oil was "really dirty".

So dirty in fact that he not only left off the filter, but the housing that holds the filter on the engine.

My engine seized and I had the car towed to the dealership. The dealer won't honor the warranty because there wasn't any oil in the car.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR OIL SERVICING. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT.

This is a $6,000 nightmare. The place is under new ownership and I've had the impression the new owners are not together. If they make my situation right, I will adjust this review. 11/21/2016

Okay. Just spoke with owner. He claims the engine is defective. It's not their fault. They have no intention of standing by their mistake. We're taking them to court.

Took my car in, I was told the wait was 30 min, was more closer to the hour. One of my mats was missing, vacuum job was not good, still stuff on the floor and the car smelled dirty.
Very disappointed with the service.

2 hours for an oil change no carwash and when I turn on my car and check the tire pressure it was reading 27,29,31,30 but they're invoice stated they checked my tires and they were at 35(PSI) wow now I wonder if they even bother to check everything else that they said they did.

Seriously they just upped there prices on trucks and have the regular prices up on the board. Off to the side , where driver can't see is a small sign saying extra charge for trucks . Wow

First time there with my CR-V. I paid $69.99 and expected to have the kind of service I thought I was paying for. Instead I am rather disappointed. They did not even attempt to vacuum. out the rear cargo area, the center console was still dirty and the wax was not completely rubbed out on the roof.

I will certainly not pay that much for a wash job again. I do not think I will be going back either. I do not feel that I got what I paid for.

Hand Wax Job turns out to be a Con Job

I was so disappointed with your service today. I just bought a new car and wanted a good wax job to protect the finish before I started driving around more. Your staff suggested the hand wax option which I selected. I watched the car get washed, pulled out into the line and then hand dried. I was waiting for them to drive the car around to the side for the hand wax job when a woman came up to me and told me the car was finished. I explained that I was getting a hand wax job and she said ‘yes it was all done.’ I explained that I had watched them and there had been no hand wax job completed. Another lady came over and told me that it had been completed in the drying lane. She said that the wax was in spray bottles that the carry around with them and then they wipe it off.



This not what I paid for. You can call it what you want, but that is not a $54 hand wax job… it’s a con job. Rest assured that I will publish this on the web and every site I can think of to warn others of your underhanded tactics and sub-par work. My wife and I are regular car wash customers of yours but we won’t be back. I will be informing the local dealership where I purchased the vehicle of your inability of providing a quality job and recommending they don’t use or send customers to your establishment.

Hello, I am the General Manager and have been for about 8 months. I am very sorry that you felt you did not receive what you thought you should have received. As to our hand waxes, prior to my overseeing the company and operations, we would wash vehicles and then pull them from line to have one person apply and remove the hand wax. This process would take 45 minutes to one hour to complete. We now have more employees on the lines and complete the hand waxes there on the lines, three employees can apply the remove the wax faster than a single employee.
