Bad experience. My house has 2 A/C units. The second floor unit stopped working and by Murphy Law it was 105 F in Moorpark that day. Company promptly send a contractor Jimmy to check what is the problem. I wasn't home and Jimmy told my son that A/C is very old, liking freon and is beyond repair. The new A/C unit will cost $5200.00. I am professional engineer I have have a habit to get second opinion. Another contractor came the next day and replaced the capacitor. A/C was fixed for less than $200.00. By the way the system didn't even need additional freon. I have many harsh words to say about ACR Heating & Cooling Inc. I cannot use them because Yelp will delete my review. They are .... I guess you will understand. My advise don't call Jimmy or Justin. If you already did get the second opinion.
