I' m a first timer when it comes to fish tanks, so i'm not familiar with a lot of it. My fish are happy and Brian always keeps me up to speed on whats happening in the tank, lets me know what we can do to improve things, and at every visit walks me through what he did and why. I like to ask questions so that was a big determining factor when I decided to have him continue to return .

I hired this company based on thr false advertising and phony referrals. I found them to be totally inexperienced and everything they put in my tank was defective, cheap and died within a few days I.t was a horrible job that left me with an aquatic graveyard, He bought the cheapes, corals, plants, and fish from obviously a vendor that was no more reputable than he wa, and charged top dollar!. He has a very poor attitude, provides no customer service and blames all of his shoddy work on others. He has no knowledge of fishlife and proclaims to have many years of experience. He is not trustworthy and provides no guarantee for fish, accessories, or anything he sells. Do not use this company. It is run and owned by young unqualified and immature kids. BEWARE! He will take your money and walk away without accepting responsibility for his lack of quality and longevity. He should be working in another industry, certainly not fish and aquariums.You too will be left with an expensive underwater graveyard!

I was referred to Brian from a car dealership (Galpin) that I visited and have had a good experience with him and his team. His prices are always better than the competition and he is always ready and willing to swing by to make visit. When he is in the area of our business we can always expect him to stop by to check on things which I think is a nice touch.



Pros: Can get you exotic fish at great pricing, setup and equipment is also a good value, and Brian seems to know his stuff about fish & maintenance.



Cons: Can't really think of any for this type of industry or his business especially if pricing is fair and service is good.

I recently had a guy named dean out and he got bleach in my tank and killed my fish,Brian from All Aquatics came out and fixed it real well and made my tank look so nice.It was like a new tank all the rocks were done so nice and not just thrown in there,basically he seemed to take his time and had a lot of pride in making my tank look great.thanks again brian and i would highly recommend.
