Does not handle appointments properly.
I had a pedicure and the lady cut my cuticle too deep, causing it to bleed. The massage chair was broken. The paraffin wax heater was unplugged, so they were not able to give me a paraffin wax.
A massage was scheduled by phone but it was not provided. The manager stated they have no massage therapist at that time.
Got a package on special but half of the included service was not done. WOULD NOT GO BACK!!
