It's been 2 and a half years since my car accident. The lawyer I hired left the firm at some point during my case and nobody picked it up. I received zero advice or counseling from any other lawyer until the day before we had to settle or go to court. The lawyer I spoke to for 30-45 seconds who knew nothing of my case told me to accept the offer. The car accident was 100% not my fault and I will have back pain for the rest of my life because of it. I get $900 for a lifetime of back pain while Mr. Ardalan collects over $3,200 for neglecting my case. If that deal seems fair and timely, then go with these dirtbags! It's been almost a month since anyone has called me back to discuss the case. How much longer will this drag on?!?
