Worst apartment I've ever lived in. They lie to you. Allow people into your apartment without notice or even their staff with you. As the person below said they are infested with bugs so much so that they allowed a vendor to enter my apartment without giving us any notice. They made us move all our furniture so they could supposedly spray but they never did. They guy just looked around and although we didn't have any bugs our neighbors were infested. I've been assaulted by their staff, and other tenants. My wife was sexually assaulted by a neighbor he dropped his pants and chased her home. They didn't do anything about it in fact they even hung up on the detective that called for information. The complex his nice, but the Crime and the constant lies from the office staff make this place unbearable to live in and if you want privacy... Good luck they are always in your apartment for one reason or another. Save your sanity and stay away from this hell hole.

Ok, I have to be honest... we loved and moved into the apartment immediately we saw it - excitement. Nobody (management) did not bother giving us a heads up for the Roach infestation going on. We asked for the pest control people and we were told to do it out of our pockets??? And their management personel QUITS so often you can't keep up with the names of who you talked to last.

The ONLY advantage you have in this place is walkable distance to the Topanga Mall... period and no commas :-(
