I bought my first ring from them. they made the ring EXACTLY the way I wanted. Provided by YP.comWe ordered my fiance's wedding band, the guy measured his ring finger, I picked it up a week before my wedding and the band was signifacantly too small. Though it was engraved the error was on their part and they refuse to give us a refund. Instead of doing the ring over right, they want to "stretch it out". If you want better service at a good price, you will have better luck elsewhere.
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this review. We offered this customer every solution possible to solve her problem, including changing the band but she chose to pick up the ring a few days before the wedding. We also offered to stretch the band which happens to be a normal everyday practice in the business for wedding bands. We told her we could fix the problem within an hour and she chose not to. We have been in this business for 30 years and pride ourselves in customer relations and satisfaction.
