This is the best sushi place in the area. Fresh, delicious, great menu. I can't say enough!

Brother Sushi is one of the best kept secrets in the San Fernando Valley. On a Friday or Saturday night, the line is often several feet out the door and down the block, and the wait can be as much as an hour -- and for a place whose decor is so laid back (to say the least), you can't help bust scratch your head in wonderment once you're inside. What's all the furor about?



Simple. Tremendously HUGE portions of sushi so fresh (overused expression alert) that it melts in your mouth. You have never experienced such incredibly could Japanese cuisine in such a button-down environment.



Found in a whole in the wall at the end of Ventura Blvd. at the doorstep of Woodland Hills, Brother Sushi boasts a menu (and custom orders are cheerfully, if not mischievously, accepted) that rivals the most chic and more expensive restaurants over the hill and in the Westside.
