Wow, I'm shocked by the other review, & had to write one of our own. It was difficult finding a vet to treat our Guinea Pig. We finally found an office right down the street who treated them, and my daughter & I went were able to go right in. The Dr put my daughter right at ease, after taking great care of our little one. We were able to see animals kept overnight in the back, & the assistants working there were just so loving with them it made us smile. What I appreciated most was that 2 days later the Vet called us personally just to ask how our Guinea Pig was doing, not a receptionist, the Dr. 3 weeks ago, the same pet ripped her nail off and was bleeding. I called and asked what I could do until the morning, as they were closing. Instead, the vet said to come right in. When I arrived, 2 older ladies were on the way out. One had been bringing all of her cats there for many years. The other w/a huge dog drove from Encino past many vets closer, as she felt well cared for here.
