Every week, I get a call from they're marketing people claiming they're from the Woodland Hills office & all of them are all RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL people.



If they're sales/marketing people are untrained & unprofessional how much more than their regular customer service????



Company should train & screen their employees really good especially sales people because they are the first people that the customer talks to.



Again, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
