I paid 65 dollars for a haircut by a man named Hal. During the consultation, I thought we had a clear understanding of what I wanted but the result was a disaster. My hair was extremely uneven and the texture of my hair was damaged from the excessive heat from the blow dryer.

You would think if your paying 45 dollars for a haircut it would look decent. They had to put hair extensions in my hair. I also brought the picture along and it looked like it was cut with crayola scissors.
