They always 'decorate' our dog with a little ribbon on the collar when they are done with the grooming. I thought it's so cute and thoughtful. They did a great job in taking care of the dog and always let us know if they discover any potential problem while grooming the dog. Very caring staff and service.

Wow! Just called to inquire about services for my jack Russell/chihuahua mix and was told I have to pay extra because my dog is 17. I've never been asked to pay extra simply because my dog is a senior u...lol. I was told "it's because we have to be more gentle with an elderly dog"... I'd hope they'd be gentle with everyone's dog no matter what the age... Lol!! Needless to say, I've moved on elsewhere...where all small dogs are created equal....

Paws and Claws gave my dogs the best haircut and shampoo! I have a Cocker Spaniel and a Labradoodle I have struggled to find a good groomer in the San Fernando Valley for sometime that can really give my dogs the care that they need. Lisa and Maggie are awesome they gave my dogs the best wash and cut they ever had. They usually have a hard time at the groomers so I was very impressed with the service. They appeared to be so caring and patient and were genuinely concerned to understand each dog's needs.My dogs will not go anywhere else going forward. I highly recommend Paws and Claws.
