Reliable, honest and professional service. I used this company before. Now I had them repair my dryer. They were quick to respond with very fair estimate. Overall experience from making an appointment to the actual repair was easy and totally professional. The price was fair. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with Mike this week. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my Samsung dryer. He immediately assessed the situation and fixed my dryer problem by replacing thermostat. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that assisted me with scheduling, she was very nice and was able to accommodate me with the exact time and date that I needed the repair to be done. Thanks again for fixing my dryer!

My refrigerator was barely keeping food cold. Called American West and they had a repairman out there within a few hours. He diagnosed that the fan that carried cold air from the freezer to refrigerator was not working. He went out to his truck, got a new fan and installed it. Refrigerator was back in service. I am highly satisfied with his service and would use this company again.
