Don't come to this place if you have two young children! I brought my (almost) 3 year old and my tenth month old for "Munchkin Monday" and found out that you cannot be on the trampolines holding a baby. They allow all ages at this free play time, so my "munchkins" were competing for space with much larger kids-even teens. The staff is poorly trained, including the manager who all but blew me off when I complained that their policies were not clearly listed-not even online! It's a cool place, but only if you have older kids and lots of patience for poor customer service. We will not be returning any time soon.
