Poor Cuts, Unprofessional Staff

My hairdresser of several years began making offensive remarks to me when she could not force me to have my hair colored. When I explained to her manager that I felt awkward working with the same stylest, she gave me one of the worst cuts in my life. Approximately half my age, she managed to condescend to me about her political preferences, and even made annoying comments like about how lucrative the hair business is! I regret giving her a tip at all.
