No patiens for her parient

I went to her had sinus surgery and still had dizzy spells for 3 years and she wouldn't help me. Told me I had to just deal with it. Thanks to her I got in a car accident now have points on my driver record. 1 more point and I loose my license. I no longer have Kaiser inc. and went to a HOM PPO where I got a better Dr. that sent me for a Videonystagmography (VNG) test.
