Really? These guys are great to deal with. They are at the top of their game and as professional as the best out there. Can only respond to others with a different opinion, "There are people, who just don't want to get along with others. You can see it in their words" (Bless them too)

Their representatives are unqualified. A simple task of managing parking stalls in a 30 unit building is beyond their capability.
They should be ashamed.

Never thought much about this ...

Never thought much about this aspect of buying a condo. But Westcom has been a joke so far in dealing with them. No accountability whatsoever. It's like dealing with a cocky three year old. Have had a problem with our condo unit that appears to be caused from outside the unit, and getting a hold of them is quite difficult. Will follow up with the Better Business Bureau soon. Stay away.

STAY AWAY!!!

The absolute worst service imaginable! NO ONE there ever returns phone calls, or even responds to written materials. After many repeated attempts, if you get to speak to someone, EVERYONE there is extremely and unbelievably rude, all the way to the top of the company. It doesn't matter if you are your condo board president or just a resident; they are the same with everyone. It leaves you wondering how they stay in business! Lazy and incompetent. Fundamental failings in many aspects of business, management, accounting, and service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
