Ok, so this is the 3rd time that I’ve been in to this Big O and, as always, these guys are amazing!! Jeff and Dakota are always fast, courteous and professional! I am so grateful for the wonderful service and care from these guys. It’s so nice to know that we have a place for such great care and service right in our little town of Woodland Park! I went in to get more nitrogen in my tires and they showed me where I had a screw in one of my rear tires causing a serious decrease in my tire pressure, but got me taken care of so quickly so that I was able to get back on the road! Thank you Jeff and Dakota! You guys made my day-AGAIN!

I can not recommend this place for ANY service. Went there at the end of March to have the front brake pads replaced. First, it took 2 1/2 hours to get an estimate. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't come in for. Another 3 hours later, they were done-- so I thought. A few weeks later, noticed a strange vibration in the front of the vehicle. Turns out, 4 of the 6 lug nuts on the front wheel had vibrated out! They were the last ones to service the vehicle. There were only two lug nuts holding the wheel on-- if it had come off at speed, could have killed me and potentially someone else on the road! When I went back, the manager was very nonchalant- oh, here's some new lug nuts. Really???? Then tried to insinuate that because it took a few weeks it may not really be their fault but in good faith they were replacing the 4 lug nuts. OK, so only on one wheel 4 of the 6 vibrate off just out of "bad luck"? I was born at night, not last night. At least they could do would be refund the labor charges-- I have no problem paying for the parts they used (although I will have an independent place recheck their work) but they did shoddy labor and are not willing to take responsibility for it. If they were the last tire place on earth and I had a flat, I would walk.
