Manager polite. Workers who installed our carpet reinstalled stairway rails incorrectly and had to be pressured to correct this.
Forgot two closets.

I can't even give a one star rating. Horrible customer service, very rude and condescending. Ended up getting the same product at lowes for literally 50% cheaper, and MUCH better customer service. I'm all about supporting local business but I will never step foot back inside of this business.

I rated a one star because unfortunately I can't give less. Beware! Worst experience ever. Staff is nice, friendly, informative but owner Butch is a con man. I went to purchase kitchen cabinets and flooring for my home ( new construction). I thought it would be best to leave business in my neck of the woods instead of going elsewhere. Elsewhere is where I should have gone. I have had my cabinets around 2 years, stain/finish is wearing off. Flooring was a disaster. I was sold a poor product as being the best according to owner Butch. As his people installed cabinets and flooring I notice chipping & scratching in the floor finish immediately. Owner called me day after (follow up call) I told him there was something wrong with this finish. He said he would come by to check it out. A month went by, 6 months went by, 8 months went by. I would call to see when he would come. The man was always on vacation in Hawaii and Playa del Carmen, Mexico. A year approached, finally a floor rep. came to my house with Butch to evaluate floor. Nothing happen, no reply from rep. nor Butch. I decided to take him to court. That is the only way I got his attention and floor fixed. Through his own sub contractors (workers) I became aware of all the atrocities he has done to other customers. He never gives you a straight answer (tap dances, babbles) I suggest folks do their in depth research before making the same mistake. The man is a liar and misleading person just to make a profit and walks away with no remorse.
