Horrible Speeds Horrible service. After canceling service right after I made a payment they stated "it wasn't company policy to issue refunds".

We just got signed up with Peak a couple weeks ago and so far I'm very happy. My Xbox live works great witj no lag. Download speeds are always pretty consistently around 17-18Mbps. I'm happy.

I have to share this story! We have had Peak Internet for almost 4 years now. Almost all of that time we have also had the phone service they offer. It's always worked really great until about six months ago. We started having lots of problems with the call quality. We probably talked to their tech support people a dozen times about it. It was a problem for about two months. We were getting pretty aggravated to tell you the truth. Well anyway, they finally got the issue resolved. Some faulty piece of equipment somewhere in their network or something I forget what they said. Anyway, we were happy, the phone was working, life was good again. Today I got a follow-up call from one of their tech support people (who ROCK, by the way!) who said they just wanted to check in and make sure things were still good. Yup, they are all good. Then he says "we went ahead and gave you 3 months free phone service" -- WHAT?! We never asked for a credit! I said no you don't need to do that and he insisted, said they knew they weren't providing the perfect service and apologized for the issues and this was their way of trying to make good. I still don't feel right accepting the credit. But anyway, I'm happy with the $75 they just put on my account. Even with the occasionally issue they are still an awesome company and take care of their customers. I will always refer people to them!! You guys rock.
