At my last store visit following the arctic storm I heard a shipment of snow shovels were due. A few days later I called to find out if they had arrived and learned there were only 3 left. I asked if they would hold one for me until the next morning when I would be coming into town and a clerk asked my name and set the shovel aside for me. This store is certain to make a go of it with this kind of customer service no big box store could ever match.
