Another great appointment at advanced diagnostic in Woodlyn pa! Sierra Sharelle and Ellie were great ! Helpful and professional! Ellie was great help to me in the actual procedure ! Need an upright Mri in Scranton Wilkes Barre pa area

Numerous issues with my visit today. 1) the buzzer on the door is so low you cannot immediately hear it. 2) When I came in there was TWO receptionists one was on the phone and the other one was just starring at me awkwardly. 3) when I said "hi" to her she curled her face up as if I said an insult. 4) before I came in my patient (who is my mother) called in to let them know I was going to pick up her disk. They said fine but it was not fine when I got there. Apparently I needed to bring in a note, but instead of telling me this both of the receptionist began yelling this at me. I just walked away. The weird part is that I can pick up my mother's MEDICAL detail files but cannot pick up an image of her back, are you kidding me? This was my second time coming there and both the receptionists (one has dark long hair in a ponytail and the other had short light colored hair) where rude and unprofessional BOTH times I had came there.)
