I had my hair highlighted and cut last summer.The colorist did exactly what I asked for - highlights in the back and sides to blend in with the white/blonde in front and top. I showed the girl who cut it a picture, and it came out beautifully. I just had it done at a high-priced salon in Naperville and asked for the same thing - showed the same picture. Now my hair is a lot shorter and the color is darker and redder (I specifically told her I did not want red-I wanted highlights on the red (my natural color) and the white roots will slowly grow out, and it will take years to get it back to where it was.

I called Beauty Co to make an appointment because my current stylist moved to another state. At that time, I explained that I had some special needs - my hair is extremely thin. I was given an appointment with Maggie. She was great! She explained a couple of options to me to make my hair look thicker and then gave me a very pretty cut. She was very enthusiastic about her work and very encouraging about my situation. Everyone in the shop was very warm and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend Beauty Company.

Took my teenage son - who is very picky about his hair. He loved his cut and the styling products recommended. He won't go anywhere else now.

I scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old daughter and asked how much it would cost for an updo for a wedding. I was told about $30-35. I said, "Well, which one is it going to be? 30 or 35?" I was then told, "Well, let me check. We'll put you with Tracy S. It will be 30." So on the day of the appointment, my daughter did not want an updo and Tracy just did a blow dry and style. No shampoo. A little tease on top, hair band on top, and about 8 little sprigs of baby's breath pinned in. She didn't tease her hair enough and curled it when we (my daughter and I) both said "No curls!" And I had her redo the baby's breath because it wasn't how we wanted it. I will admit that the final product was quite lovely. But when we left, I was charged $40. It didn't dawn on me until we got in the car. It was the day of the wedding and I certainly did not want to call and deal with it at that moment as we had to be at the bride's home in a few minutes. So I called the next morning and sa
