After going to a general doctor to get the same ingrown toenails removed over and over I finally decided a specialist was in order. Dr. Agnich was a little quicker at removing it; however it also came back quicker than before. The bill was also 4 times higher for the same exact procedure and she sent the bill to collections BEFORE I received my statement from my insurance company, which I did not appreciate at all and as if that were not enough her staff, Melissa in particular, patronized me. So when my ingrown toenail needed removing again I called on another podiatrist, who was just wonderful, reasonable and my ingrown toenail is now gone for good. Lesson learned. Do your homework, don't be afraid to discuss prices before a procedure and stick with the doctors who are truly kind. They will be the ones who will really help you get better and not just milk you and the insurance company. Not Dr. Agnich.
