I called Total Fire because I needed my fire extinguishers serviced. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very knowlegable and was able to set up service the same day! Not only was Total Fire able to do my extinguishers, but they were able to complete my sprinkler and alarm inspections. When the inspector showed up unannounced 3 days later, I was able to provide all my reports and passed my inspection. I would highly recommend Total.

I've been working with Total for years. I own several commercial buildings in the Chicagoland area and it has been a complete pleasure to work with Total. Not only do they track all my safety records in their system, I am able to get my reports 24/7 from their website. I never have to call them to let them know when a location is due, they call me to schedule it! Without Total I would not be able to keep track of all my inspections.
