On 2 separate vehicles within a month period, my husband and I asked them to check calipers sticking on Ford F150...The said they were fine ( we were leaving for a weekend trip to Florida) we got 450 miles and ended up at Pepboys to find that a front caliper was seized up. But Waters replaced brake pads and said calipers were fine. $340 Overpriced job had to be done on our vacation. 3 weeks before that we asked them to check my shocks/ springs before decided to put on 2 new tires and alignment... A week later we had to have Kens Auto replace the bushing on shock on passenger side. These were both pretty obvious issues especially if we asked them specifically to check it out cause as you probably guessed the alignment we paid for on my Jeep didn't last long. So the moral of the story is don't ask them to check anything before service because they are just going to replace what will make them money and you will be going somewhere else within a week to fix the real problem. Oh by the way, also asked them to check pads on my Jeep, they said they were fine but I found out if I am easy on my brakes I may have 4000-5000 miles left before they need to be replaced...Not sure why Waters did gouge me for those brakes but I'm sure glad I had a competent mechanic do the job. Then called the owner to discuss the situation and he wouldn't owner up to having any responsibility... Bad business practices!

I go to Waters for all of my tire needs! They are always very helful and greet me with a smile everytime. Their tire technicians are very knowledgable. I love coming to Waters because they treat me like family!
