They carry good brands , but their service is beyond terrible.



We ordered a bicycle in for my son to take on his mission, and were told that it would take a couple of days to get it in and set up,and that we should have the bicycle by Thursday the same week. That sounded reasonable, we ended up getting the bicycle two and a half weeks later. Strike one! They also told us that they could do the shipping of the bike they would pack it up and ship it and it would arrive in plenty of time. We delivered the bicycle on Monday and they said it would be packed and out the door on Tuesday. When we called on Friday to get the tracking number, which you would think they would have, we were told we don't have it here but it was shipped yesterday. Yesterday would have been Thursday. Saturday we finally got the tracking number, and it showed that the bike was actually shipped on Saturday, meaning that the bike will never arrive on time. Strike Two!



If I were looking to purchase the brands that they sell, I would look else ware. They lack a sense of responsibility, and they do not follow through and they will tell you what they think you want to hear, and they lie when they get stuck in a jam of their own creating.
