The Woodside Fire Protection District provides a variety of fire safety and prevention programs. Located in Woodside, Calif., it offers public education and citizens for emergency response and preparedness programs. It operates more than three fire stations and serves over 25,000 residents throughout San Mateo County, Calif. The Woodside Fire Protection District s staff includes assistant chiefs, captains, firefighters and paramedics, as well as a fire marshal, accountant and public education officer.
