The gift shop has an extraordinary offering of British trinkets, tea supplies and home items. Love it because they are things you can't easily find elsewhere.



The tea shop is lovely as well, though there seems to be some lack of attention to detail (napkins are crumply and unironed). The menu makes up for it, though! Delicious!

Mrs Bridges' Pantry is a charming Tea Shop in the middle of Woodstock, Ct. The new owners seem to be very pleasant and dedicated to improving the Gift Shop offerings, the food and teas served in the Tea Room, and the overall impression on the visitor. We had iced teas and sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients. The service was prompt and very cordial. There were many other choices on the menu--from beans on toast (!) to scones with clotted cream. Maybe next time I'll give the clotted cream a try. Highly recommended.

The Gift Shop is a wonder--lovely china tea cups/saucers, tea pots, large selection of teas (loose and bag), and accessories.

Overall, a calm, friendly atmosphere offering house-made items, tea advice, and charm. Try it.
