The owner and teachers are so nice and good at what they do. They don't make you feel uncomfortable when you're new and don't know all the moves. They never single you out or embarrass you. I felt comfortable from the first day. I have had 5 classes and already see a big difference in my arms, stomach and lower body. I think I am addicted! My husband likes the changes in my physique and my upbeat attitude when I get home! Don't feal intimidated to start doing Pilates, you'll be glad you did!
