Provided by YP.comThere needs to be a negative rating for this company. All the company has is excuses as to why they cannot come out to assess and diagnosis a broken HVAC system.
I have American Home Shield warranty and am at the mercy of their contractors, which unfortunately happens to be this poor excuse of an HVAC company. I have been dealing with AirSolutions USA for over three weeks. Only once has an employee of the company been to my house to assess the problem. I was informed that a part needed to be ordered. I was never contacted by the company to inform me when the part arrived. Please note that this company never answers its phones either so it is incredibly difficult to determine the status of your repair. American Home Shield was finally able to get a hold of the company to schedule a time to come install the ordered part. On the day of service, I called the company after the technician failed to arrive within the allotted time frame. It was then that I was informed the company had ordered the wrong part. I had to escalate the issue twice to American Home Shield before the owner John of AirSolutions USA contacted me. He stated he would come out on a Wednesday to assess the issue because the first technician was not able to determine what part needs to be ordered. Wednesday evening rolled around and John informed me that he was not able come out - based on my previous experience with this company that was not a surprise. He stated he would come on Saturday. On Saturday, after I had to initiate contact with him - this company lacks all capability to communicate properly with its customers - he informed me he could come out on Monday. It was then that I terminated the working relationship with AirSolutions.
I was given excuses after excuses, such as that his scheduling staff had failed to show up and that it was raining; it was not even raining in Atlanta. John and his company are great about supplying reasons as to why they cannot provide reasonable customer service. If only they spent as much time providing customer service as they do giving out excuses then maybe they could have a somewhat operational business. This is the most disfunctionally operated business in the United States, and it starts with the owner, John, who lacks all business knowledge - and apparently his technicians lack all HVAC knowledge as they cannot correctly assess and diagnosis a problem.
I hope my forewarning prevents other customers from experiencing this type of treatment - poor customer service (and poor does not even come close to explaining the negativity experienced) and lack of communication. Please, please NEVER use this company.
