Provided by YP.comI see the 2 one star reviews from 2018, but I VERY MUCH DISAGREE!
It has been 391 days of test driving a vehicle Car Buyer USA sold me on October 31, 2018, and I am a really, really tough customer. Really.
I've chosen to give a review over a year later so I could provide an honest assessment and real experience of a random everyday vehicle on their car lot. Also, I'm cross posting this everywhere I can because I'm a real customer with a true business to customer experience. (BTW, Google my name, Linda Carmical, and you'll see that honesty and integrity are in my best interest. I'm pretty well known in the Greater Atlanta Area and my integrity along with my reputation are very important to me.)
I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Veloster from Car Buyer USA on October 31, 2018. My 3 door w/a hatch and 6 speed shift with a turbo has been a hoot! When I purchased it there were 90,317 miles on the odometer and now it's rocking 107,532 miles on it, and it is still purrs like a kitten.
What maintenance and repairs has my car required?
Oil changes - a 4th one will happen soon! I should mention there is not a single oil leak.
Fluid checks with only one top off required in a year.
Tires - what can I say? I'm rough on the tires so they've been replaced once.
In my 391 days of test driving a vehicle Car Buyer USA sold me, I have driven to New York 5 times. I have driven to Savannah twice, Ohio once, and to Myrtle Beach once. I have fought Atlanta traffic consistently. I have dropped it down to 3rd and 4th, put the metal to the pedal, and found my way through rush hours and traffic jams more times than I can count. I have pushed my car to over 120 mph (that guy on I-20 should NOT have almost killed me though! I couldn't let him get away with it and his older Honda wasn't in as good of shape as my car!), and on the regular I kick that turbo in just for fun. Love my 4 cyl turbo. ;)
In other words, I have pushed the limits and placed high demands on my Veloster's performance since the day I drove it off their lot. As I recall, I peeled out by accident that afternoon. Nonetheless, it felt good.
I trust Car Buyer USA, and I'm endorsing them as a go-to used car dealership; and I unequivocally trust them so, so can you. Highly recommend these guys. They're honest and their exceptional customer service is bar-none.
Note to Car Buyer USA:
Thank you for selling me a reliable and quality vehicle. Because of you, I'm in a car I love still to this day and I'm still hot roddin' from Atlanta to Savannah to Myrtle Beach to New York! Love you guys!
To the cops whom may be sitting in a hidden spot clocking cars:
Just wave hi and let me go. I won't be able to afford the fine.

Provided by YP.comSCAM COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!! Was made an offer I accepted. I had to drive all the way to jersey. Russell was very slow with responding through out the entire process. It took them a week to inspect the car when they originally told me 24 hours. They came back and there was minuscule damage to the car. But they claimed it would cost thousands to repair. They lowered the price by 1000. Also was offered to be reimbursed for my Uber back. Was never reimbursed. DO NOT use this company. It’s a scam.

Dear fellow Veterans, this is a company to stay away from.
My 2008 F350 King Ranch has two (2) current inspections from Ford Motor Co. I did not turn them in with the truck as I was curious what they might try to tell me what was wrong.
So here we go,
Brian Carswell offered me a purchase contract for $19,150.00 for this truck. It Kelly Blue Books for around that.
Brian Carswell sent a truck out to pick up this perfectly good and running pickup from my address. He told me over the phone it was going to Arlington WA for inspection.
After a couple of weeks he emails me and asks me to call him. He does not like to go on the email record.
I call him and he tells me he that he can only offer me $13,0000. I told him no. I asked for the report. He sent it over. It was a report of some minor body dings and an EGR code, JUST like the FORD reports.
He emails me back and asks me how much I would be willing to part with it for. I respond in email that it they could have it for $18,000.
So then he calls me and tells me his boss won't pay to have it sent back and that I would have to pick it up. I told him I would need to think about what he said. But he would not put that in writing.
So I texted him about the truck and asked if it was still in Arlington Washington. He, Brian Carswell said yes. I asked if I could have the address to pick it up. Sure he texted back . I asked for it to be sent to me in email.
Another days goes by and still no information on my truck.
I text Brian again and tell him I would like to pick it up in Arlington tomorrow.
Now he tells me the truck was never in Arlington and does not even know where that is.
He tells me the truck is in another city over 100 miles away to the south.
I have filed a Washington state Attorney general complaint against them for breaking their own contract and abandoning my vehicle.
