BUYER BEWARE!!



Do not purchase swim lessons at this facility unless you are willing to pay for a doctor visit to prove that your child was unable to attend class: My son is enrolled in swim lessons, and he had a cold last week that caused him to miss school. His swim lesson was scheduled for Saturday at 11:20am. I began calling at 9am on Saturday and left two messages to notify that he had suffered a fever the night before, and that I did not feel he should come to class to expose his fellow swimmers. I did not receive a call back until Monday- two days later! At that time I was informed that I would be charged for a makeup class unless I could produce a doctor's note or receipt to prove my child was sick. I am not one to bring my child to the doctor for every minor illness, and this is my choice as a mom. Chattahoochee Gold's policy is unacceptable, and it proves to me that they do not believe parents, and that they do not care enough for their swimmers to protect them from potentially sick classmates. Glad I only bought a groupon for this place, as I will surely NOT be renewing my child's classes.
