Provided by YP.comTried the pizza on Dec. 16, 2014 and it is without a doubt one of if not the best pizzas I have ever had. The dough, the sauce, and the toppings were perfect. It only takes about 2 to 3 minutes to cook a pizza there and I was sure it would not be cooked thoroughly, but it was delicious. I would definitely give this a 5 star rating.

Provided by YP.comUnstructured and not so good. Clearly good management skills are lacking at this place, (one was just walking around stuffing his face the entire time we were there). While the wait staff is decent, (though a bit messy and inattentive), the management clearly needs to be on the floor supervising them. We walked into a nearly empty restaurant except for the patrons at the bar. Even though it was empty, several of the tables had clearly not been wiped down, including ours. I ordered the calamari. Big mistake, (unless you like it chewy and bland). Even the dipping sauce that came with it was sorry. To me it tasted like underseasoned pizza sauce. How disappointing! Obviously the cook either doesn't like to eat calamari or he just doesn't know how to cook it properly. If you are going to offer a few pieces of calamari on a menu for $8.00, at least train your staff how to cook it properly. This was not my first visit but I can guarantee it will be my last. I came once with family who wanted to try it. The music was was too loud for a good dining experience, but great if you just want to sit there and get drunk). Somebody should inform the management that blaring music, (even from a single performer), is not conducive to table conversation, (something enjoyable when out to dine...). As for the pizza...too chewy. The only thing good about this woodfire pizza joint is watching the wood burn in the ovens.

Provided by YP.comVery bad experience! Went last Saturday at 7:15 and were told there was a 45 minute wait, so we put our name on the list and walked around town. Came back at 8:00 and no table yet, so we sat at the bar, had a few drinks and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 8:40, after checking several times, we were ready to pay for our drinks and get out of there. As we are paying, our table becomes available. We order an appetizer and our meal. Appetizer comes, we eat it and wait some more. Finally, 20 minutes after finishing the appetizer, the waitress comes by to tell us that there are two big parties ahead of our order, but we will be right after them, WHAT! They hadn't EVEN started on our order. I am aggravated and ready to go, but my husband says, lets stick it out. The waitress brings us a complimentary appetizer, so that helped a little. We eat, pay, and leave and it is just after 10:00 pm. Waitress was nice, food was pretty good, but really crappy organization at this place. Will not be back. Price is a little on the high side for the terrible experience we had. Feel like we wasted a whole night and expensive babysitting too!

Provided by YP.comhttp://www.facebook.com/firestonepizza The absolute worst dining experience ever. The greatest atmosphere and cleanest restaurant. 4 people, 3 kids, 2 hour wait, and 1 of the worst pizzas I have eaten besides the only other 1 I left in the over for 2 hours. I get a pizza menu with (no beer/wine menu at all available), we are put in a room that is 8' x 8' with glass windows on the walls and exterior. It felt like a Gerbil cage. The owner was going to make that the wine cellar but then "oOPs you can't have an exterior window in a wine cellar cooking on our $100 wines! Let's put the stinkin customers in there!" It was beyond ridiculous. I really felt bad for the waitress, places like this give a boost to the unemployment ratio and bankruptcy auctions. Pizza was burnt and we waited another 30 minutes to get another one and it comes back and the owner looks at it again and walks away. Sure, you got a ritzy restaurant, a great wait staff, but the heart and soul of your restaurant is up the creek without a paddle.
