If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. Frank Ingram Wrecker Service is the most unprofessional company I have never come across. They changed the prices multiple times and ran my bill up from $200 to $500! That's ridicules! They have been rude and completely unhelpful. I would never recommend this service. Save yourself a lot of time and money and us a service that cares about their costumers. Frank Ingram is honestly terrible!!

SCAM. Don't ever use. WORST PLACE EVER. CAUTION. My car caught on fire and the retarded lady told me it's free if I tow it to my yard and $100 if I tow it anywhere else. So of course I got it towed there. Called them later and the same lady said it was none for the first 24hrs then its $25 extra each night. Ok ok I can deal with that.. Next day I called so I can drive down there and get the car and got a different lady and she told me...."Oh its $175 for us to initially tow it and $75 for us to send a letter out to the owner and also $25 for each day"..... So long story short, they are money grubbing lying thieves and you should never use them ever again. Save yourself!
