Called and explained problem, operating system failing. Said he thought he could fix it, but sounded sketchy. Would call me the next morning. Never called or showed up. Called again and got same response meanwhile my computer sat as a paperweight for 2 days.

After my desktop crashed, I called CPU and a couple other local computer repair places for estimates. I didn't expect to hear back from anyone until the next day b/c it was a Sunday, but Randy called me back within a couple hours and offered to come take a look at my computer that afternoon. He ended up spending almost 4 hours at my house and went way over and beyond the original problem that needed fixing, and still only charged me the original quoted rate of $120. If I had used someone who charged hourly or taken it to Geek Squad or some variation, I guarantee it would have been double or even triple. And as an added bonus, Randy is just a really nice guy. I am a female grad student who lives alone, and at first I was a little hesitant about having someone come out to my home, but he made me feel completely comfortable. Bottom line: If you call anyone else to fix your computer you are just throwing money away.

Randall is a very intelligent individual who knows his way around a computer, be it software or hardware, if Randall has not ran into a situation he will research the problem until it is resolved. Randall is a great person to work with and lets his customers know exactly what is going with there machines and explains things in very simple terms for the customer to unerstand. He is very honest and dependable.

After several consultants tried to help me, I was left shopping for a new computer.. AGAIN.. Randall advised that this would keep occuring until the computers were setup correctly and I was shown how to keep them cleaned up.. Just like changing the oil in a car... Randall will be the last call you will have to make.. Thanks
