I waited all day for a washer and dryer to be delivered and besides being late, the delivery guys told me that they could not hook the set up because I did not purchase the hoses, etc. The sales guy did not inform me that I should buy the additional parts for hook up. If he had informed me, I would have bought them. The additional cost was only $25, and when spending four digits that's nothing. So I called the manager, Terry Butler, and told him what happened. He told me he could not believe that since the sales guy was his most senior sales person. So basically he was calling me a liar. I got nowhere with Mr. Butler. So I called and spoke to Carol, who did awesome customer service and set up for the hook up and made it a no charge. Carol needs to be the Manager. So if you buy an appliance here at this Lowes, you need to do the sales guy job for him, and just know you need the additional hook up parts.

I live out of state, and was trying to locate a space heater for my elderly mother. I called the store, one evening when I was driving over to visit her, and the person in that department went far above the normal customer service expectations, to help me locate the right heater for the space we wanted to heat, and held the heater with my name on it, until the next morning, when I could get there, to pick it up; because it was the last one of that type in stock.

You couldn't ask anyone to be more helpful and caring than the employees at this store!

I would HIGHLY recommend this store and it's employees.
