A wonderful new resturant is now open in Woodsstock. The name is Papa P's. only open for a week they look as though the have been at it for years. Everyone works great together, the service excellent and the food...well the food is simply out of this world good.



A blend of Mexican and Irish, although not common, is executed perfectly!



Stop by and give them a try. You will not regret it!

Grand opening was today, so I expected things to be a little rough and they were. Service was well intentioned but a bit unorganized and frankly I wouldn't have bothered to review if the food wasn't surprisingly good. Stop by, if for nothing else than the chips and salsa (although the Bloody Mary was pretty good-even sans celery stalk). "Greatest food ever is Mexican and Irish" (said no one ever) but the taco salad chicken was pulled and marinated, the fish tacos were awesome and the chicken salad really good. Sides were yummy. Hope this gets a chance to stick.
