Difficult exchange/return

My mother gave me some bamboo blinds that she was not going to use. They were a little too big so I thought I would ECHANGE them for the correct window size. Well, since I did not have the reciept theu wouldn't even exchange EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT HAD THE TARGET LOGO ON THE BOX. After returning 3 different times, they finally accepted. The first time I returned with the CC # for a receipt lookup (as they call it) and they couldn't find it. The second time I returned with a differnent CC# just in case my mother had gotten it wrong and the third time I returned (months later) when my mother finally located the receipt but by that time it was out of their 90 day exchange policy. This is the HARDEST store to return/exchange anything...

i had to get my boys items for camp. i was looking around and one of their associates asked me if i needed help. i asked about a few things. he asked to see my list and then walked around with me and helped me find everything on my list. it was wonderful!! target never fails. always clean and friendly employees willing to help!
