Noisy! We live in the neighborhood across from these apartments. You can hear the cars blaring loud music with tons of bass all morning and all night (not kidding). I would hate to live inside the complex with all that noise! ! Noisest complex I've ever heard in my life. I can't wait to move away just so I don't have to hear it anymore. They need to tell the people driving in and out that we can hear them and to chill out with all of that. It's waking me up at least 4-6 times a night..and worse, waking our child up. It sounds like people have bass competitions leaving and entering the complex. It never stops. #itsucks #turndown #trasheverywhere

equipment break downs abounded when we moved in.. fireplace is totally inoperable, but they used it as a major selling point where we toured the apartment.



There are dogs everywhere and the dogs dump all over the place. The dog owners don't clean up and it takes me complaining to the manager before it gets cleaned up. (and it still takes 3 days)



The dumpster is right in front and garbage piles high over the weekends; disgusting to say the least.



The gym (which is sparse) only opens at 8 am, so early am workouts for the working class are out!



The gates breakdown often and are never fully closed so if you are looking for a secure complex this is not it....



On a high note, the staff is responsive when you bring issues to them and the maintenance team are all nice and professional.



Lastly they jacked our rent by over 15% after the first year if we could have afforded to move on 60 days notice we would have. We are currently saving for a 2016 move.

A filthy, unsanitary place to live. Maintenance guys are helpful, but they stay busy. The office staff will lie to your face.



They don’t enforce their own pet policy. Tenants with multiple dogs are free to use the common area for pet toilets. Nothing is done about this. Terraces should be reported to the health dept. Do not live here!
